INSTRUCTIONS

1. The teams are supposed to register through the portal on the website before 26 Feb, 2024. Submit your poster and abstract from 25-26 Feb, 2024.

2. The submissions will be evaluated and acceptance will be conveyed tentatively by March 2, 2024.

3. Shortlisted teams will have to pay a convenience fee of Rs.999 (exclusive of GST).

4. The competition would be conducted in hybrid mode

5. Number of Participants in a project group should not exceed 3. One person cannot be part of more than one Project group.

6. The deadline for fee payment post acceptance is March 10, 2024

7. Selected teams would have to prepare a 15 minute presentation to showcase and explain their Poster at the Final round on March 16, 2024 at IIT Bombay(Online/Offline).
