• Merits

  • Ability to adapt to changing passenger requirements
  • Optimal use of resources
  • Higher profitability

• Demerits

  • Prior intimation of desired schedule required
  • Difficult to collect and collate the above and decide schedule
  • Uncertainty in the minds of passengers
