Rule 15 - Conditions to be complied with by an aircraft in flight (Contd.)
Provided that any A/C may be flown within the close vicinity of an aerodrome on the place o f departure without a valid C of A for the purpose of test.
provided further that the central govt. may by order and subject to such condition as may be contained in the order, exempt any aircraft from this rule. (Microlight a/c have been exempted from this rule)
