AVIATION QUIZ
Nominations : One Boy & One Girl (from co-ed schools) or Two Boys/Girls (From non co-ed schools).
1) The contest will be conducted in two rounds on the same day. The preliminary round will consist of a written quiz consisting of multiple choice questions related to Aviation History, Current issues, Personalities, and Past and Current Aviation Programs in India and abroad.
2) Top five individual scorers of the preliminary round will be short - listed for the final round, which will consist of several rounds of oral questions on the above subjects.
3) Nominations should reach Nehru Science Centre latest by 25th September 2006. Acceptance of entries will be made purely on first come first served basis.
4) The institution of the winner of the final round will receive the BOEING ROTATING SHIELD in addition to prizes for winning participants.
5) The girl with the highest score in the written quiz will receive a prize from INDIAN WOMEN PILOTS' ASSOCIATION.
6) The boy with the highest score in the written quiz will receive the VEDANTA MEHRA MEMORIAL TROPHY.
