Instructions:

The coordinator should schedule submission preferably on a Monday to give students the benefit of the weekend.

The coordinator should make submission dates known to students at least one month in advance. Their attention should be drawn to instructions (on the web) for preparing reports and late submission
penalties at the same time.

The coordinator should decide presentation dates at the beginning of the semester and announce it to faculty so that faculty may keep themselves free of engagements on the day of presentations.

Students should submit two copies of the report with guide's approval in the form of signature.
Along with the report, students should also submit one copy of a two-page abstract for use by the panel members at the time of presentation.

The coordinator should make report copies available to the guides and examiners at least one week before the presentation dates.
